Successful cooperation is based on partnership, commitment to well-defined activities, results, and team work. Based on a partnership with Statistics Bulgaria, our project establishes a metadata system as part of ARMSTAT’s SDMX implementation. This project introduces Reference Metadata reporting standards: the EU’s Single Integrated Metadata Structure; and, reporting formats ESMS & ESQRS. Reference Metadata, which describe statistical concepts & methodologies used in data collection & production, are key to ensuring data quality. The system supports quality reporting & dissemination of standardized & harmonized Reference Metadata using SDMX standards for data and metadata exchange. |
